The real story of what the counter rewinding might threaten

counter rewindWho deceives a consumer or an electricity supplier, or how suppliers make money for us in excess of the electricity consumed.

I think most of us fell into such a situation when representatives from electrical household organizations came to allegedly check electricity meters, but at the same time, they offered their services, illegal, of course: “wind the meter back” in exchange for the nth amount, and the difference is false electricity to pay on receipt, citing new evidence.

So, about 5 years ago there was a case. Electricians came and offered their services. I figured, well, it seems to be profitable, and then there were problems with money, in short, without thinking for a long time, I agreed. Everything went seemingly normal. I paid them, they rewound the counter to the readings that I could meet, the difference I paid as expected. (Note that there were no openings of the induction meter itself!)

Time passes and position exits change counters from induction to electronic. So, an electrician comes again and says that you need to change the counter to electronic. To do this, you need to buy it yourself electronic meter - work, supposedly free. Well, if so, I agreed.

We remove the counter (and to remove it, it is necessary to open the seal) and here, attention (!), The most important thing is “illegal opening of the state seal”.

Showdowns began, I explain to him that it’s not me, but HE opened this fucking seal in front of my eyes. In short, nothing could be explained. An electrician drew up an act of breaking into a state seal (of course, I did not sign it).

And then the process of proving innocence began: the meter was taken to the city laboratory - it did not help, to the regional one - it did not help, well, we can say that I stopped there. As a result, they charged a fine in such an amount that I immediately remembered that case with the rewinding of an already old counter.

Later, I met a former employee of a laboratory checking electric meters. He gave me an answer, why, after all, did the laboratory then give a negative answer. The answer was, what do you think? Yes, yes, it was all because of the illegal rewinding of the counter!

So, dear readers of my article, I want to assure you: DON'T ATTEND ANY PROMISES OF ELECTRICIANS, because as a result it will result in such a penny that you will immediately remember all the illegal moments of concealing the consumed electricity! So think: do you need it ?!

In fact, this story is real nonsense, and this is a fact. because I personally work in energy sales and directly with meters and can give a 100% guarantee that it is unrealistic to rewind some types of induction meters without dismantling it, and since those guys didn’t dismantle it, the conclusion was: GUY YOU JUST BROUGHT as yuppie and maybe not even energy sale and raiders))))) litter for rough notes I'm full of bewilderment))

It is not necessary to unwind the counter, but to apply energy-saving technologies.
You pay immediately more, and then - solid profit (if you know how to count).

Bullshit, and with a propaganda bias.

Winding up as a service - generally sucks!
It’s clear that they’ll lay it - they also need to report back - the plan to capture the electricity thieves (horror! Chubais is not enough for kursaveli!) Has not been canceled.

IMHO (the electrician himself) there are no such counters that can not be turned on according to the economic scheme. A technical issue, induction is easy, with electronic you have to try.

For those who are indignant - when the monopolist stops tearing me off, I’ll take off all the ways!
Eurocentam - Euro salary, Euro salary forward, and not vice versa!

natural nonsense that he said I specifically studied the counters how they work although using a small device without opening the counter and seals you can still unwind

With a lock on the reverse stroke of the disk, you do not rewind without opening, and new and electronic ones even more so.

As an option of democratizing electricity prices, this is the installation of special (converted) electric meters with a remote control).

    Ivan,
check the universal remote control and the penalty is enumerative.
