As a manager who has made a number of techno-commercial proposals on the topic of energy-saving lighting, and has completed a number of calculations of economic efficiency, I can say: there is an economic effect, sometimes (for large enterprises) significant, realistically achievable, but, at best, not earlier than after 3 years. And then, under a number of conditions.
    6. As an engineer and optimist, I believe that in the coming years, the quality level and effectiveness of LED lighting will increase significantly, and the cost will drop.
