Modern methods of zoning and floor plans can no longer do with just one chandelier. Now there are many ways to divide a room into zones, including the use of spotlights.

One part of the lamp is covered with a mirror coating, which increases the amount of emitted light and prevents excessive heating. The front of the lamp is matte, which scatters the light and makes it more even. Such spotlights also have disadvantages. The length of the lamp is 8-12 cm, which means that it is on such a number of centimeters that your ceiling will become lower.

There are more varieties of turned ceiling lights for halogen lamps than for incandescent lamps. Lamps with a MR16 reflector are inserted into spot halogen lamps. Halogen lamps are much smaller. When installing lamps with halogen lamps, the ceiling lowers to a distance of 6 cm. Therefore lamps with halogen lamps are conveniently used in rooms with low ceilings.

Halogen lamps differ from incandescent lamps in that instead of vacuum, inert gas (bromine, iodine) is pumped into the lamps. Therefore, such lamps produce much more light than Ilyich’s lamps.

The bulb of the halogen lamp is made of fused silica. Such lamps should be taken only with a napkin, because the fat contained in the fingers can cause crystallization of quartz. Halogen lamps serve two to four times more than incandescent lamps. The service life of halogen lamps depends on the manufacturer and the operating conditions.

How to create multi-level lighting using spotlights

In modern apartments, it is very important to properly organize lighting. At the same time, it must be consistent with a number of requirements. On the one hand, it is comfort for the eyes and the right light in the room. Having one light source, it is impossible to achieve this effect.

To do this, the room is divided into several zones, in which there is a light source. It is better if the light is scattered or reflected.If you need to illuminate a chair or sofa, you can use floor lamps, sconces, floor lamps, but the best option is the use of spot ceiling lights. Decorative arches, niches, columns, brickwork will also be effectively decorated with spot lights.
